As a bicycle shop, we have had to repair wheelchairs multiple times. Even though it has not been part of our sales or services. We have done our best to assist those who come with wheelchairs. This is because it seems like the whole industry including pharmaceutical companies only want to sell.. but are not interested in what happens after the sale. Can you imagine buying a car, and then the dealership says, sorry go find another place to take your problems and concerns about the car that we sold you. How would that be? acceptable? Well, that is what it seems they are doing…
In the first place, you have a disabled person that needs the chair and then when it needs service… they have to buy a new one?
So what we will do differenty, is that you can buy the chair from us… and as long as we are in business we will do our best to keep it in tip-top shape as we do all the bikes that our customers choose to bring in for essential maintenance service.
We will offer you a 1-year warranty on the chair (against workmanship) and free initial service within 3 months of purchase.
We will also offer wear and tear replacement parts, even if we have to order them strictly for you.

Keep in mind that some wheelchairs have more and some have less parts depending on what little or extra help the wheel chair was designed to offer. For example, the one we offer also has brakes controlled by the person who may assist in pushing the wheel chair.
