IMPORTANT TO NOTE: We work a little differently from other stores. While we have several lists below, we actually do not just let customers book, because in many cases, the service may not be needed. We do not force any customer to do anything unless it is necessary or if they request.
We inspect every bicycle on arrival, and we inform the customer immediately IF there are any extra services that need to be done that are not covered under essential maintenance.
On a few instances, the bikes arrive so dirty that it is impossible to tell… in such cases, first we charge extra for abnormaly dirty bike, then affter we service IF we notice any service that needs to be done above what is covered under Essential service, we inform the customers. In reality we inform such customers before they leave (when they drop their bike) that there is a possibility of us calling them, because at current status we cannot trouble shoot the bike.
*Upon inspection if item needs to be replaced immediately or in the near future, bike drop contact/owner will be notified.
***An inspection is required before scheduling this service to make sure that we have all required replacement parts for your bike.
NOTICE!
- We service and repair all brands of bicycles. But IF YOU WANT YOUR BIKE BACK VERY FAST, you need to stock unique parts needed for servicing your bike in Oman. Things that are not readily available in surrounding areas. Especially derailleur hangers! Make sure you stock one for your bike because sooner or later you will need it. If you want a tubeless setup, please bring your tire, valves, sealant, rim tape, etc.
- SERVICE CHARGE OF RO 5.000 added to dirty bikes. If you would like us to work on your bike and fix a flat or tune your bike gears etc., PLEASE make sure you bring in a clean bike. This will speed up the work process. If not, we will FIRST spend time cleaning the bike so that we can work on it. Therefore a service charge of RO 5.000 will be added to the total cost.
72 HOURS BIKE PICK-UP NOTICE!
WE SINCERELY APOLOGIZE THAT WE HAVE TO GET TO A POINT TO PUT UP THIS NOTICE! If you have left a bike at the store (yours or anybody else’s) for any kind of service or fix, you MUST pick it up within 72 hours of being notified that your bike is ready. IF NOT, we will charge a storage fee of RO 3.000 per day AND after 30 days we will put bicycles outside our store for sale at the accrued storage fee amount or less. BUT WE ARE NOT A STORAGE FACILITY, WE NEED ROOM FOR DAILY WORKING AND SERVING ALL CUSTOMERS, WE HOPE YOU WILL BE CONSIDERATE OF THEM AS WELL.
