Disc Brake Rotors Rust Removal – Service

Oman’s weather elements can get even the most expensive bike components to rust very quickly. In some cases, it is imperative that you get the rust removed as soon as possible before it damages other components. Disc Brake Rotors are one such component that needs to be treated before they damage the brake pads and spread the rust around to the callipers etc.

We use both chemicals and mechanical/manual methods to remove rust. Unfortunately, we cannot “beef up” areas that rust has already eaten (oxidised), nor can we shine materials that were previously matt finish or chrome, but rust has eaten through the chrome plating

What’s included;
Chemically and mechanically/manually removing rust from 2 rotors (1 for the front and 1 for the rear wheel)

What’s not included;
Rust removal on the hub where the disc brakes mount.
