As a reseller, there are no valid warranties that exist between us and some of international or regional suppliers, because manufactures only offer warranties in certain regions, and our region may be excluded in some cases. In those situations we as a store offer warranties for some of the products (as mentioned below).
In the cases where suppliers offer us full, reduced, or limited warranties to us, we also extend the warranties to our customers.
All Kellys Bikes come with 2 year warranty. The 2 years warranty covers standard parts of bikes like frame, brakes, derailleurs… excluding wear and tear parts such as brake pads, tubes, tires, cables, bearings, etc.
The extended 5years warranty includes the hardtail bikes with aluminum frame except of Dirt bikes.
All bikes from UAECycle.com (regional supplier), come with 2 year frame warranty (except carbon bikes which come with 1 year frame warranty) and 6 months drivetrain warranty. In this case as well the warranty excludes wear and tear parts. Again this is unless mentioned otherwise on their website.
The product you purchased “may be” under warranty if mentioned below.
Bicycles Covered Under Warranty;
In general, all steel, aluminium, or carbon bicycles with gears have an express warranty. The warranty covers the bicycle frame for 1 year and gears for 6 months by our shop unless the manufacturer or supplier says otherwise in information below

Pretty much for each brand of bike we sell, there is a warranty. Your initial point of contact will be the bike manufacturer as is international standard. The links above (and more upon request) also have contact information.
What is covered?
Manufacturer defects of the frame and other components that make the bicycle a unit. Including the rims, seat posts, handlebars and stems, cranks, and hubs. The coverage is for 1 year (unless mentioned otherwise by manufacturer or regional supplier). Either repairs or replacements will be done. IF the manufacturer chooses to do replacement, there may be shipping cost to be covered by the buyer.
Also covered is manufacturer defects of the tranny “gear transmission components”, for a period of 6 months including the shifter, cassette, brake calipers, gear shifter levers, and derailleurs (unless mentioned otherwise by manufacturer or regional supplier)
What is not covered?
Wear and tear items, including items covered under warranty from manufacturer defects. This includes also brake pads, gear shifter cables, the gearbox itself, spokes, chain, tires, tubes, etc.
Any damage on the frame or any other covered components (mentioned above) caused due to misuse, using without knowledge.
Occurrence of rust on any steel or stainless steel components.
Grease meltdown, bearings, and all friction-based operation and wear items.
Anything else excluded by the manufacturer via the links provided above or if not listed, links provided upon request.
Electronics Covered Under Warranty:
We select the best electronic equipment to sell at our store. Therefore whether the manufacturer offers a warranty or not, we offer 90 day warranty on ALL electronic items. Includes LED, torch Lights, Bicycle Computers of various types, home trainers, etc. If the manufacturer offers a longer warranty, then the manufacturer warranty supersedes ours and the manufacturer will be the one that covers the product.
We will replace without any question an item that has manufacturer defect, meaning the screen or the light purchased does not turn on, the battery does not charge, or the discharge is too quick compared to what is written on the box.
We have a right to refuse warranty on items we inspect and find damage caused due to user error or misuse including dropping the electronic devices, mishandling the charge ports, charging by using chargers with very high power or voltage compared to what is recommended.
Making warranty claims:
As with any warranties, for ALL manufacturer based warranty, the customer must first contact the manufacturer or the head supplier. We are a reseller. You can find supplier information on line, but if you need we can help you find it. Once you communicate with the supplier, they will ask you for certain details such as date of purchase, location of purchase, etc. Then THEY will contact us and tell us how to handle the situation. After which they will contact you and ask you to visit us.
Some times they will ask us to take photos of the item and send them for verification. Some times they will replace the item and ask for the one you have to be sent to them also for study purposes to see why the problem happened. Some times they may determine that they will not honor the claim because it does not fall under warranty… there are so many things that could happen. But you can be sure that the ultimate aim of any company or business is to have a happy and a repeat customer. Which means that their first goal is to try and help you out.
