🔍 1. Premium Selection
We enforce strict checks and balances before any bike or accessory enters our inventory:

• Legitimacy First: We verify the seller’s background and require a full history to ensure no items are ever stolen.
• Expert Multi-Point Inspection: Using years of workshop experience, we visually and physically inspect frames, wheels, bearings (headset, hubs, bottom bracket), and full drivetrain functionality.
• Risk-Free for You: All bikes are sold fully functional and if a bike needs extra parts to meet our standards, we absorb that cost and risk ourselves before passing it on to you. With exception to where the parts are not necessary and changing them would significantly increase the cost of the bike (such as children’s bikes)

🔧 2. Certified Preparation & Modifications
Once acquired, everything goes through our professional service department:

• Essential Maintenance: We tune bikes to prime condition, replacing worn cables, housing, grips, tape, or tubes where necessary.
• Restoring Factory Standards: If a previous owner made awkward modifications, we reverse them to restore the manufacturer’s original design, performance, and safety.

🛡️ 3. Standard 6-Month Warranty
Because we stand behind our workmanship, we proudly offer a standard warranty on our inventory, with exception to e-Bikes and bikes which we have not done any extra work on.

• Coverage: 6-Month Frame & Drivetrain Warranty (excludes carbon frames and carbon components).
• Long-Term Care: Bring your bike back every 6 months so we can monitor its health and keep it running like new.
• Non-transferable; valid for the first buyer only.

⚙️ 4. Bonus: Free Gear Tune-Up
To ensure your bicycle breaks in perfectly, your bike purchase includes a Free Gear Tune-Up:

• When: Valid between your first 150km – 250km of riding (or within 3 months of purchase).
• What’s Included: Professional gear shifting adjustments and a safety inspection of brakes and core components. (Excludes bike washes, degreasing, or lube).
• Non-transferable; valid for the first buyer only.
