Warranty.

From the date of purchase, the warranty period for each part is as follows:
Frameset: 2-year warranty under the non-human-caused damage or accident

Front and rear derailleurs: 6-month warranty under the non-human-caused damage or accident

Other Components: Wheels, saddle, shifters, cassette, crankset, hubs, handlebar, seatpost, brakes, suspension,  bottom bracket – 6-month free warranty under the non-human-caused damage or accident

The wearable parts not listed above, such as inner tubes and tires, chains, cables, brake pads, brake hose and cables, shifter hose, and cables,  etc. do not provide a free warranty.

During the warranty period, if the following circumstances cause damage, the Bross does not provide a warranty, and BROSS dealers can provide paid maintenance services.

Wrongly installed or misused by the provisions of this manual; (such as carrying persons, etc. exceeding the provisions)

Not properly maintained by this manual;

Exceeding the scope of the bicycle; (for example, using a road bike for mountain off-road)

Natural disasters and other irresistible situations;
