New Electronics Limited Warranty

Unless otherwise mentioned, the following is the warranty offered by Cycle Omania to all the customers whose purchases meet the criterion. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferrable to another customer.

WARRANTY: Express Warranty on all Electronic items purchased at Cycle Omania

WARRANTY COVERAGE: This covers lights, bicycle computers, sensors, etc. under normal intended use.

WARRANTIED PARTS & PERIODS: Coverage is for device workmanship and functionality of the aforementioned electronic items under normal use.

• • Ninety (90) days coverage of electronics. Replaced at earliest possible without questions.
  • Excludes batteries (for battery-operated items)
  • Must be brought in within 95 days. Calling in does not extend the warranty.

WARRANTY NULLIFICATION:

• • Warranty is null and void if the electronic items are handed to a person other than the actual buyer who does not receive the original packaging to know how to handle the device and as a result damages the item.
  • The warranty is null and void if the electronic devices have been meddled with and damaged as a result.
  • The warranty is null and void if batteries are installed improperly and damage occurs as a result.
  • The warranty is null and void if the item has been run over or damaged in any way due to abuse.
  • The warranty is null and void if the electronic devices are immersed in water or exposed to extreme and harsh weather conditions.
  • The warranty is null and void if the electronic devices are dropped from a height of over 3.5 feet.
  • The warranty is null and void if any repairs were done at sub-standard shops due to which the damage resulted.
  • The warranty is null and void if the item is returned past 90 days or without the original invoice/invoice number/ proof of purchase.
