I had a good experience in this shop. I decided to return back cycling after a long time (more than a decade!). Based on google reviews i come across Cycle Omania and decided to pay a visit to the shop. Sameer (shop owner) is very helpful and proposes to me the right bike for my own purpose, height and requirements. I spent a good time with him learning the science of cycling and bike upkeep. He has a good workshop where many people come to repair their bikes. I am glad to see there is a strong demand for bikes which indicates health awareness. Today was my first good ride and I had a good time.

Samir, Jason, and Vincent are the most honest, and decent business people I have ever dealt with. Not only have they never tried to "up-sell" me more than I need, they have serviced my bicycles without charging me anything. Buy your bike at Cycle Omania -- they will find the precise bike that is suitable for your needs.

Writing this months later. The owner is a great man with warmth reception and detailed informations about the products. We had long discussion where he enlightened me with advices that i found honest and genuine. The prices are good as well.

They don't play with time! Their store timings are written clearly and they stick to them. If you make an appointment do not go late or cancel for no reason. They treat each customer like a star, whether it be a shoeless kid from the neighborhood needing to air their bike or a customer stepping off a Lamborghini. First come first served with out interruption.
They genuinely take time with each customer like it was the last customer on earth. Until the customer is fully satisfied with their visit.
They are knowledgeable about their job... As if they were born with bikes, such strong passion.
If you know it all, either you will learn or you will be left as you want... Knowing it all... Meaning you need no help.
We wish them success for their dedication.

Great shop with fantastic service. I needed some teflon grease but they were out of stock to buy so they gave me enough, from their service department, to complete my job. They also give solid and honest advice about parts for my bike. I'll be back!

Quality of bikes (10/10). Service (10/10). Passion (10/10). They know what they're doing! You can ask anything about bikes and you'll receive an answer. They also make sure you get the type of bike that suits you (and fits you, size wise!). Then you get guidance on how to use the bike, how to maintain it, and what to do incase you feel any physical pain. You are also reminded of the laws here in Oman when biking (lights on, helmet... etc.). And if you want to buy something extra that is out of stock in the shop, you will be told where else you can go. Super ethical! What can I say? I love my bike; quality, design, size and color... everything is perfect. My first ride lasted a whole hour.. with good music & perfect weather. Thank you!!!

Good looking shop, a cut above the rest among the cycle shops in Muscat. I did not find the brand I am interested about in their display. But I think they can arrange getting it, they really have a wide selection. The personnel is very willing to assist & answer all your questions. Well I'm just window shopping so I did not ask anything.

Being a novice to the world bicycles... I appreciate the thorough explanation from Sameer on guiding me for the choice of bike that would be best suitable for me. He was also very practical and honest on choice of accessories as well, explaining price ranges and features and it was up to me to choose what I felt was right for me.

You cant leave this awesome shop without a purchase ! I went there to send my MTB for repair only but when i saw a hybrid bike with a reasonable price i didn't hesitate to buy. Then i realize i might need to find an apartment far from this shop, i cant stop buying :-)

Small place but great bikes and awesome services. Samir was able to offer bikes within few weeks after COVID-19 lockdown, but still with reasonable price. The website is also another winning element as you can find all available bikes, parts and services online. Highly recommended for any one interested in bikes

Excellent experience would highly recommend; I took an appointment online given the ongoing COVID situation and it was easy to book a time slot of my choosing form the website and sure enough on the appointed day and time I was met with a friendly and warm service and even though I am new I was explained patiently and they recommended a bike as per requirements and I rode away a happy man with all the accessories required ... couldn’t recommend enough .. the best stop to get started on your cycling journey

Incredible service, fast and at great prices! Samir is very communicative with whatsapp and I was never disappointed.No need to go anywhere else in Muscat - just visit Cycle Omania.My 3 year old adds his endorsement - he never missed the chance to come with me to Cycle Omania, and very proudly returned Samir the training wheels we'd bought a few weeks previously!

Cycle Omania is THE shop (not only) for cycle tourists like us to go. Vincent was so nice and amazingly helpful for us today. He gave us two bike boxes for free and a lot of advices how to best prepare our bicycles for our flight from Muscat to Uganda. We felt really lucky to have met him!!!

This is the best bicycle shop in muscat, oman! I bought my java tt7s folding bike last 2 weeks ago and I was really satisfied with the transaction, they always keep me updated for the item I ordered and deliver it on time thats why i recommend it also to my friends and bought three more folding bikes. I'm korean. I think... Service quality of Korean is the best in the nations. But this shop is like korean quality. Really very good. I didn't do experience in Oman like this guys. If you want to buy bicycles or part and to fix up bicycles, You must go to this shop. Very good price and the kindest in oman.
