YES! We are finally open again after having closed our doors on March 24th, 2020 respecting the law established to help fight COVID-19 pandemic.
We understand that most of you seasoned riders and new riders needed a lot of help with your bikes, but we could not open the shop to conduct any kind of services in respect to the law from March 24th, 2020 until June 10th, 2020.
Now we are back open, but for your safety, comfort and in respecting mandated social/physical distancing rules, we are operating by appointments only.
All other safety protocols have to be followed. Only 1 person at a time, must wear face mask to visit. We have plenty of sanitizer, if not in sight, please ask. You can request hand sanitizer upon entry. Also we recommend you use hand sanitizer BEFORE using the VISA Card Machine AND AFTER, as well as when you are about to walk out the door.
Making an appointment for your visit, allows you to visit the store at self chosen time (in accordance with slot chosen for the service you need). During your visit, you will be the only one allowed in the shop.
If we operated without this protocol, you may have to sit in your car for 20 to 30 minutes as each person awaits their turn, and that is not a useful way to spend your time.
PLEASE NOTE: We have a small shop, therefore, it is not possible for us to keep accruing service bikes. For this reason, you must wait for your bike and take it immediately after service. The only exception is “Essential Maintenance Service” which for which the bike is dropped at 10:05 am and MUST be picked up by 8:45 pm, or else we will charge 3.000 storage fee. From our past experience, when someone does not collect their bicycle at the stipulated time, they are likely to leave it with us for a week to a month and we cannot afford to keep bikes for that long as we do not have storage space. So the 3.000 storage fee will be enforced.
We are absolutely pleased that this system has worked wonderfully well… we have had to turn away some people who were understandably upset because we would not let them in knowing that their visit required more time which would interfere with appointment that was previously set by another customer.
We have done our best to offer drop down choices for most commonly needed services by customers (after 3 months of no bicycle services). We will modify these choices by the end of the month to reflect the services normally required after most bikes on the road have been fixed.
