Gears Tuneup Service is done to adjust shifters and derailleurs for maximum gear performance.
The cost can range from 4.000 Rials to 9 Rials (Excluding parts replacement if necessary)
This service includes;

- Front Derailleur limiting screw adjustment

Hydraulic Brakes Tuneup – Service

Hydraulic brakes are great in Oman, but mainly for mountain bikes which people actually (and mainly) ride at the jabels. Unfortunately, they do have problems from time to time. Frequent cleanups and servicing of hydraulic brakes are highly recommended for safety, whether one does it at home or at the shop.
The cost can range from 5.000 Rials to 10 Rials (Excluding parts replacement if necessary)
This service includes;

- Cleaning of brake pads
- Aligning of brake callipers
This service DOES NOT include;

Tire/Tube Change – Service
ر.ع.2.000 VATTire/Tube Change – Service
Due to our weather, vegetation and road conditions, punctures are inevitable and tire bursts are frequent. This service is not for puncture fixing, rather it is for “changing” of tubes or tires.
The cost can range from 2.000 upwards depending on the type of tube or tire needed.
Please schedule 1 bike per slot or up to 3 unmounted tires per slot.

Your bike has either sealed bearings or open bearings in multiple locations where there is frequent motion including but not limited to;

- Front Wheel Hub
- Rear Wheel Hub
- Bottom Bracket (smooth pedalling motion)
- Pedals
- Headset (controls the steer tube)
We do services for most of these. The price varies by which part we work with. They are generally called hub services if performed on hubs, or bb service if performed on bottom bracket or headset service if performed on the headset.

Starting from 4.000 Rials for Front Wheel Hub and goes up as items increase and based on what part we work with. The maximum for an individual part is 6.000 Rials
We only know after diagnosis which or how many parts we will work with. Many times bikes are brought in for one type of service as simple as adding air and we notice that bearings for the headset are loose.
What’s included;
Degreasing and re-greasing (repacking) of the serviceable open bearing partWhat’s not included;
The actual replacement of open bearings. IF replaced, then a charge will be added accordingly -

Every now and then the bike wheels “go out of true”, or out of balance there could be many reasons why it happened. But in ALL cases the wheel(s) needs to be balanced. Most of the times, only one wheel needs balancing.
The act of doing wheel balancing by adjusting the spoke tension is called “truing” or “wheel truing”.
We have different charges and time requirements for different types of wheels. The ease of access and actual work determines the actual pricing, with a minimum of 4.000 Rials for truing a road bike/mountain bike FRONT wheel.
