Front Derailleur Adjustment – Service
The front derailleur adjustment is important for the smooth operation of the front derailleur. While the front derailleur is not used very often, it is the most difficult on the bicycle, as it requires almost laser-sharp adjustment. A little angle difference that may not be noticeable to the eye will cause a huge difference as the derailleur moves from the lower to higher gears. This job can take as much as an hour sometimes. IF the derailleur is mismatched, the adjustment may not be successful.
This service only includes;
- Front Derailleur angle and height adjustment
This service DOES NOT include;
- Replacement of any part
Please Note:
IF the bike was not bought from our store, or the front derailleur was replaced or mismatched at the time of assembly at the store-bought or supplier chain, there is no guarantee that this service will be successful. Since we cannot tell by just looking and there is no electronic tool to diagnose if the components match, we will attempt to do the job. Whether successful or not, the cost of labor for the work will be collected.
