KLS STEM ACTIVE XC 70, 90mm

Stem ACTIVE XC 70 is a basic MTB stem, made for everyone who has decided to discover the beauty of Mountain Biking. Forged and hardened, made out of material which satisfies even the more demanding riders – just to keep you safe at all times.

•      Alloy 6061 is commonly used in yacht constructions, automotive chassis, or scuba tanks. This aluminium alloy is made to last long under really big pressures

•      3D forging – Solid block of heated aluminium is forged and compressed into the desired mould. The advantage of this technology is that no welding needs to be used – everything is made out of a one-piece alloy block. So, the component is lighter and stronger in the end

•      T6 – treatment of material in cyclic changes of specific conditions to achieve a significant increase of structure. Also called the “Aging Process”
